William Trammell was a man of unwavering faith, compassion, and purpose whose life was dedicated to serving others through education and mentorship. Born in Dayton, Ohio, and a graduate of high school in San Antonio, Texas, he followed God's calling to Jackson, Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Jackson State University.

Recognizing his passion for developing young people, William pursued a career in education, earning both a Master of Education in Leadership and a Specialist of Education in Administration and Supervision from Mississippi College.

Throughout his career, William served as a teacher, coach, dance team sponsor, mentor, role model, assistant principal, and principal. Regardless of his title, his mission remained the same. to encourage, inspire, and believe in every student who walked through his doors. He had a remarkable ability to see potential in young people, often long before they saw it in themselves. His leadership extended far beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues.

The WT3 Foundation was established to honor William's extraordinary legacy by continuing the work he loved most, empowering students through education, mentorship, and opportunity. Every scholarship awarded, every mentor matched, and every student encouraged reflects the values he lived each day: integrity, service, excellence, compassion, and an unwavering belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Today, his legacy lives on through the WT3 Foundation, inspiring future generations to dream bigger, work harder, and pursue greatness with confidence.
