William Trammell was a true inspiration, deeply committed to his community and passionate about education. Born in Dayton, Ohio, and a high school graduate from San Antonio, TX, he followed God’s plan to Jackson, MS, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Jackson State University. Driven by a calling to work with children, he pursued a career in education, earning a Master of Education in Leadership and a Specialist of Education in Administration and Supervision from Mississippi College.
Throughout his career, William served as a teacher, coach, dance team sponsor, mentor, role model, and principal—always putting his students first. He believed in them even when no one else did, inspiring countless young minds to strive for greatness. His unwavering dedication and belief in the power of education continue to live on through the WT3 FOUNDATION, ensuring that his legacy of empowerment, mentorship, and academic excellence endures for generations to come.
